TROPEZ, Trospium, to treat overactive urinary bladder.

How it Work

Chemically it is a quaternary ammonium cation which causes it to stay in periphery rather than crossing the blood-brain barrier. It works by causing the smooth muscle in the bladder to relax. Further as it works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder and prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination. Hence it helps easy passage of urine.
