How it Work
Nimodipine is a calcium channel blocker.
It blocks the transmembrane influx of calcium into the blood vessels of the brain and hence a fall in blood pressure. Hence lower the pressure. Additionally changes the function in the brain after the subarachnoid haemorrhage.
