FLOTRAL 10 mg Tablet ( Alfuzosin ) to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

How it Work

Alfuzosin (as the hydrochloride salt) is a pharmaceutical drug of the α₁ blocker class. As an antagonist of the α₁ adrenergic receptor. So It works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate. Hence decreases the urge to urinate repeatedly. Moreover it helps easy passage of urine.

Common Side Effects

The most common side effects are dizziness, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, fatigue, and abdominal disturbances.
