Exenatide  is a glucagon-like peptide-1 agonist (GLP-1 agonist) medication, belonging to the group of incretin mimetics. It stimulates the secretion of insulin by the pancreas.

Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea and, Moreover Hypoglycaemia (Low blood sugar level).
