DRALGEEN, ( Hydralazine ) for the treatment High blood pressure ( hypertension ).

How it Work

It is a vasodilator that widens the blood vessels, Hence it lowers blood pressure.  but again, it is not a first-line therapy for essential hypertension. However, hydralazine is the first-line therapy for hypertension in pregnancy, with methyldopa.

Common Side Effects

Common side effects include Headache, Nausea, body pain, fatigue, dizziness, low blood pressure, lack of energy, palpitations and high heart rate.
