AFDURA Tablet ( Alfuzosin ) to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Dutasteride treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) and Also alone for androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss).

How it Work

Alfuzosin (as the hydrochloride salt) is a pharmaceutical drug of the α₁ blocker class. As an antagonist of the α₁ adrenergic receptor. So It works by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate. Hence decreases the urge to urinate repeatedly. Moreover it helps easy passage of urine.

Dutasteride is a 5α-reductase inhibitor which prevents the conversion of the androgen sex hormone testosterone into the more potent dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Hence it helps to shrink the prostate and relieve the symptoms like difficulty in passing urine.

Alfuzosin – The most common side effects are dizziness, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, fatigue, and abdominal disturbances.Further
