IVAMAC 5 mg Tablet, is a medication for heart diseases. This specifically includes Angina pectoris. for the symptomatic management of stable heart related chest pain and heart failure not fully managed by beta blockers.

How it Work 

Ivabradine is a cardiotonic agent. Ivabradine acts by reducing the heart rate via specific inhibition of the funny channel, a mechanism different from that of beta blockers and calcium channel blockers, two commonly prescribed antianginal drugs. As a result, the heart works more efficiently.

Common Side Effects

Common side effects include headache, slow heart rate, weakness and effect on vision.
