FLAVORIDE , Flavoxate, to treat overactive urinary bladder.

How it Work

Flavoxate is an anticholinergic with antimuscarinic effects. So Its muscle relaxant properties may be due to a direct action on the smooth muscle rather than by antagonizing muscarinic receptors. Further  it works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder and prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination. Hence it helps easy passage of urine.

Common Side Effects

Moreover, Some common side effects are Dry mouth, Constipation, Dizziness, Headache, Sleepiness, Blurred vision and Dry skin etc.
