How it Work

Finasteride is a 5α-reductase inhibitor ( an enzyme ) which prevents the conversion of the androgen sex hormone testosterone into the more potent dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Hence it helps to shrink the prostate and relieve the symptoms like difficulty in passing urine. making easier to urinate. Hence decreases the urge to urinate repeatedly.
