EPLECARD 25 mg Tablet, Eplerenone is a medication for heart diseases. In the management of High blood pressure ( hypertension ), low potassium and cirrhosis.

How it Work 

Eplerenone is a potassium-sparing diuretic, meaning that it helps the body get rid of water but still keep potassium. Either alone or in combination with other blood pressure medications as a single pill to increase the effectiveness.

Common Side Effects

Common side effects include very low electrolyte disturbances ( abnormal electrolyte level in blood ) than other medicines in this class, Also headache, increased creatinine concentration, nausea and vomiting.
